Artist Statement

For these 4 photos, I let my models do pretty much what they wanted and the goal was to just catch a moment where they were expressing a certain emotion. In the pictures of Kellan I used a fan to have his hair flow back and show motion while using the studio light. For Joe I was looking to just take profile view pictures of him and I just used the studio light. 

Guiding Question: How can the little details in a picture make the viewer feel?
